About the Journal

The Journal of Integrated Sciences (JIS) is a multidisciplinary, blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal initiated by the International Open University (IOU). The journal is committed to publishing high-quality research and review articles across a broad range of disciplines, with particular emphasis on practical and applied studies that fall within the sciences of Islam and address contemporary issues and challenges facing Muslim communities.

JIS seeks to promote rigorous, relevant, and interdisciplinary scholarship that contributes to the advancement of knowledge and offers meaningful insights for contemporary Muslim societies. The journal welcomes scholarly contributions that connect Islamic perspectives with relevant academic disciplines and practical contexts.

The journal is published quarterly in English, with issues released in March, June, September, and December.
